CX Awards is a global awards event that celebrates Customer Experience Awards including; Contact Centre, CRM, Artificial Intelligence and more.

Launched for the first time in 2021, CX Today has created a dedicated awards on the back of demand from the industry.

We plan to recognise the immense talent within the industry at a time when partners have a great opportunity to help customers to transform during challenging trading conditions.

The CX Awards is a fully digital awards event and will create the same brand recognition and industry buzz without attracting the normal costs of getting involved in an awards event.
