CX Awards is a global awards event that celebrates Customer Experience Awards including; Contact Centre, CRM, Artificial Intelligence and more.

Launched for the first time in 2022, CX Awards saw an amazing amount of interest from global CX technology vendors, and we received an unprecedented number of applications. Winners of the people awards in 2022 included Raghu Ravinutala of Yellow.ai and Kathie Johnson of Talkdesk. Winning vendors include, Webex by Cisco, SugarCRM, Unbabel, and more.

CX Awards is a fully digital awards event and will create the same brand recognition and industry buzz without attracting the normal costs of getting involved in an awards event.
